At The Angel Watch Company, we offer our customers 14 days to try Angel Watch and see if it is right for them.
Our 14 day trial period provides you an entirely risk and cost free opportunity to explore Angel Watch and see if it's right for you and your family.
To ensure that your trial period is not compromised by shipping delays, our 14 day risk-free trial period begins from the date of delivery, not purchase.
Returns & Refunds (if applicable)
To ensure that you receive the entirety of your refund, we require the watch, packaging and all of original components.
If we receive your Angel Watch return request through our website’s return portal (found in the Support section in the Returns & Exchanges section) within 14 days from the date of delivery in re-stockable condition, and your return includes all of the original components, you will receive a full refund guaranteed- less paid shipping charges if applicable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will automatically apply the refund amount to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that return orders that have missing parts are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and may be higher depending on the extent or value of the missing items.
The Angel Watch Company reserves all rights to assign a value to incomplete returns.
Return requests placed online after 14 days from the date of delivery are at the discretion of Angel Watch Company LTD and are always at the sole discretion of the company.
To avoid excess shipping fee deductions, please ensure your return is in a padded envelope not exceeding 12" x 14".
Please note that returns not received by the shipping carrier within 14 days of the issuance of the pre-paid shipping label will be cancelled.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take up to 30 days for a refund to appear on your statement- although the majority of our customers see the credit reflected in a few days.
If after 30 days, you still do not see the credit posted to your statement, please contact your credit card company and see if they are able to assist you with more information. Banks vary with the amount of time before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
To offer you additional peace of mind, our Angel Watch comes with 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that an Angel Watch becomes defective during this time, you will have one year from the date of your placed order to exchange it.

Please note that physical damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by water are not acceptable causes for a warranty claim.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. Please consider that he/she will, in turn, learn about your return.
Shipping
US & UK Customers
For customers in the United States and United Kingdom, Angel Watch Co LTD will provide you with a free, pre-paid printable return shipping label. Please print this label using your printer's 'Normal' print quality setting (not 'Drafts') and secure your label firmly to your package/envelope with tape.

Non-US/UK Customers Only
Customers outside of the United States or the United Kingdom, are also entitled to a 100% product refund for eligible returns; however, international returns are not pre-paid and the responsibility of the customer.
Customer replacements will be sent back to the customer at no additional charge.

Please ensure your return was initiated through our online return portal at Returns & Exchanges in our Support section or your request may be rejected.
Shipping Insurance, Charges & Mid-Shipment Cancellations
Our paid shipping options offer insurance directly with us. In the rare case that your shipment ceases tracking and no tracking update is recorded for two weeks (14) days, and for 2 day shipping if tracking ceases to update for seven (7) days we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement.
For free, uninsured shipments where your shipment ceases to track and no update is recorded for thirty (30) days, we offer 50% refund on your order or a 50% discount on your replacement order.
If your original unit does eventually arrive, you are more than welcome to retain it or return it (sealed and unopened) through our online Returns Portal and we will refund you the remaining 50%; or if you prefer, you could just keep it.
Shipping charges in all cases are non-refundable.
Please note that in all cases we are unable to cancel or refund orders in transit prior to delivery or thirty (30) days from the shipper’s last tracking update, whichever is later.
