Cancellation policy

If you have an active subscription, you agreed to these terms and conditions prior to your initial purchase.

A subscription with payment by automatic recurring payment is an ongoing subscription. You may cancel this at any time here and no further payments will be taken.

Any services associated to the subscription will be terminated on the time of cancellation.

Subscriptions my be refunded within 14 days of initial activation. We are unable to refund subscription fees paid after 14 days from the time of initial purchase.

Cellular Service Subscriptions

A cellular subscription is required to activate and use the Angel Watch SIM card
Subscriptions are paid for 30 days of service
Subscription cancellation will still offer 30 days of service from the last payment date
Cellular Service Subscriptions are non-refundable

Enhanced Warranty

The Enhanced Warranty Policy can only be added at the time of purchase.
Damage claims will require a photograph to display the damage and will need to be returned to us. Claims due to theft and loss will require a police report as the device will have to be blacklisted from cellular networks to protect your safety and our liability.
A fixed $40 excess fee applies per claim.
One policy is required for every Angel Watch™ purchased; (e.g. If you are buying two watches, you will need two policies). If you did not purchase one policy for each watch in your order, please contact us and we will review this on a case by case basis. Your claim may be subject to rejection.
Should you wish to cancel your policy, you may do so anytime through here. Policy coverage will cease on the 30th day after your last monthly payment.

Terms & Conditions

A maximum of 1 claim can be made every 12 months
A maximum of 2 claims can be made over the lifetime of the Enhanced Warranty Subscription Plan
All policies will be automatically cancelled after the 2nd claim. A 3rd watch may be purchased with a new Enhanced Warranty Subscription.
